2. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund or replacement:
- The request must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of the defect or damage (photos or video).
3. Non-Returnable Items
As we operate on a high-efficiency fulfillment model, we do not accept returns for "change of mind." We only provide refunds or replacements for items that do not meet our strict quality standards.
4. Refund Process
Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
5. Shipping Costs
If a replacement is issued, Loumond will cover the shipping costs for the new item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
